How the broader context and intent influence UX projects.

Description

Let’s start with this premise:

The vast majority of UX defects don’t come from a lack of skill or talent or technique or process.

They don’t exist because there are no UXers or Designers on staff. They don’t exist because nobody “gets” the idea of good UX or UI design.

They don’t exist because people don’t know what they’re doing.

Instead, UX and design issues that are present in software products—sites, apps, systems—come directly from misalignment of individual intent.

In this piece, Joe recounts a project that taught him a most critical (and never-discussed) aspect of project planning.

Seems Like They Offer lots of good learning, with so many people saying they offer great books, its hard to determine, and for students like myself, disabled and on limited budget its hard to spend 9 a month, wish I could, at least read qa few, but not sure if there valued at the cost..
