Start building your agency on the side while you still have your day job. Focus on in bounding marketing to find your first client, it will take time but you will see it's the best way to boring on clients that are a good fit for your agency. It's not impossible to think that a skilled individual or small team could create a fully operational marketing agency from scratch. Starting a successful digital marketing agency is not easy. Your social media marketing agency will be small at the outset so be sure to start small a focus on a specific niche or set of niches.
