Which job platform has real good jobs in USA ? Want to avoid fake job posts

Hi

I know the jobs platforms like indeed and monster jobs and others but I applied many times and did not get any replay so I think there are alot of fake posts this is why I need your advice which is better in US ?

As you know about the best job platform in USa is Glassdoor , indeed, and linkedin

When companies use these online platforms they widen their scope to be visible by a lot of people. It may be that they get an enormous number of applicants for a vacancy and they simply don’t have time to reply personally to every last one of them. Possibly they only reply to the few best candidates who they would like to intervirew.
